Hi,

I’ve ran this website, GoSleevelessReview.com, for a while now in an effort to sell some copies of Go Sleeveless. If you don’t already know, I’m no fitness expert. Although I do have an interest in holistic health and building muscle, the only reason I put up this site was to earn commissions when someone clicked through one of my links here and purchased Go Sleeveless on the other end.

I have made a few sales here and there throughout the year. Unfortunately, I didn’t meet the required number of sales to have a check sent to me of the commissions that I have earnt from the copies of Go Sleeveless I have sold. Because I haven’t made any sales recently, my commissions balance is falling by a dollar a week.

So here’s my proposal to anyone who might be reading this. If you’ve been interested in Go Sleeveless for a while now, buy it through me and as a token of my appreciation, I will send you via PayPal or some other means the commission I will earn through your purchase back to you. It’s roughly$52.67 the last time I checked. You’ll end up paying around $25 for the Go Sleeveless package. It’s the least I could do to get a hold of my commissions that are slowly but surely disappearing.

How do you know that I will hold up my end of the deal? You’ll just have to trust me. I’d like to think that I’m a decent guy trying to earn a decent living promoting decent products online.

If you’re interested, comment below this post. I will get back to you A.S.A.P.

Cheers,

Cheng.

P.S. Here’s a video of the real expert that all the credit of Go Sleeveless should go to…

Just a gentle reminder about Rylan Duggan’s Go Sleeveless Elite Package. He sent out an email to all of his affiliates (including me) telling us to let you know that he will cease selling the Elite Package on October the 8th, 2009. Here is are a couple excerpts directly from the email he sent us:

“I have decided that the $127 is a pretty substantial price point, and
scares some customers away, but more than anything, there is much more
money to be made by offering each of the various body-part specific training programs in the Elite package separately. Therefore, I will be
dropping the Elite package, and then selling each program individually.”

“The Elite package (which contains over $1000 worth of programs for
only $127) will be available until Thursday October 8th at midnight
pacific time. After this, it will be removed for good.”

You’ve probably been clever enough to figure out that the Elite Package is not a one time offer that disappears once you click out of the screen. It will be there time and time again even if you “x” out of the window. However, if you’ve been considering the Elite Package seriously, then after October the 8th, you will never seen it again.

You will see the Muffin Top Blaster, Thunder Thigh Eliminator, Love Handle Eliminator, Butt Booster again, no doubt about it, it’s just that they will probably be retailing separately for around the same price as the Standard Go Sleeveless Program.

If you’ve had trouble getting rid of upper arm fat and want to finally step out in public and feel normal, then let the Go Sleeveless program work its magic on you.

Hi,

I’d just like to let you know that Rylan Duggan, the creator of Go Sleeveless will be discontinuing the sale of the Go Sleeveless Elite Package from October the 8th. Women have been hesitant to pay $127 for it and as such, Mr Duggan will be selling the expansion packs including the Muffin Top Blaster, Love Handle Eliminator, Butt Booster and Thunder Thigh Eliminator all separately. This means that they will probably retail for about the same price as the Standard Go Sleeveless Package currently ($77).

Here’s a run down of the aforementioned expansion packs and what they do for you:

Muffin Top Blaster: The most popular expansion pack in the Elite Go Sleeveless Package. Women have gone wild for it because it’s allowed them stand up and stretch luxuriously without rushing to hide their exposed belly in embarrassment. It targets the lower abdominals, meaning it will get rid of that stubborn roll of lower belly pudge for you.

Love Handle Eliminator: It targets the fat on your hips. It will slim your waist line and you will be able to wear figure-hugging clothes without the fear of fat drooping over your hips.

Butt Booster: Does your bum look big in this? It won’t anymore once you let the Butt Booster expansion pack work it’s magic. This expansion pack will allow you to wear those tight jeans you use to love to wear out.

Thunder Thigh Eliminator: Are you extremely aware of your thighs when you’re choosing pants to wear? The Thunder Thigh Eliminator will let you wear stripey pants again without the fear of having it accent the bulge of fat thighs.

If you have a friend who’s purchased the program and you’ve had your eye on it for the Elite Package for a while now, make sure to ask her in the next 2 days whether it’s paid off or not. The last thing you want to do is pay for something you’re not going to use.

Go Sleeveless is not a magic bullet. It’s a simple, step-by-step blueprint that targets all the problem parts of your body one by one, slowly but surely helping it return to its former grace. If you’re willing to put in the effort to work through straightforward exercises with a youthful, healthy body as a reward, then don’t let this opportunity pass you by.

Remember. You won’t be able to find something this valuable from October the 8th, 2009.

WARNING: For women’s eyes only

Although every woman wants to have washboard abs and a tight butt, how often are you really going to show these body parts off to the rest of the world?

With trips to the beach aside, probably not all that often right?

So what’s the body part that grab’s people’s attention and let’s them know that you have an incredible body?

What body part stands out and says “I am HOT!” without having to walk around in skimpy clothing, baring a bunch of skin?

The arms of course!

Think of it this way: whether you are dressed for the office, the gym, or a night out on the town, your arms are out there for everyone to see.

I’m not going to sugar coat this and tell you that people aren’t judging you, because the sad fact is, they ARE.

And it’s your arms that tell people in 3 seconds or less whether you have a great body or not.

So how can you get toned and sexy arms like Angelina Jolie, Madonna, or Kelly Ripa?

Better yet, how can you get toned and sexy arms like these stars, but WITHOUT a personal chef, dietitian, trainer, and herd of assistants at your beck and call?

Follow these three simple steps and you will be well on your way:

Step 1 – Build The Muscle

Most women spend way too much time on long cardio sessions, killing themselves trying to lose an extra pound or two, but never spending enough time with a serious strength training plan.

Here’s the problem with this course of action: If you only ever focus on losing body fat, your arms will look worse!
Even some of the leanest women in showbiz have bat wing arms and droopy skin because they have neglected to build and tone the muscles in their arms.

Don’t let this happen to you!

Start a strength-training program that emphasizes building, toning, and defining the muscles in your arms before you do anything else.

Step 2 – Burn The Fat

If you don’t burn the fat away from your arms, then regardless of how much you sculpt and tone your arms, nobody will ever know.

You have to get rid of the layer of fat on your arms if you ever want them to really stand out in a crowd.

You cannot do this by spending hours on cardio and exercise classes that take months to show any visible difference. Likewise, you can’t get your arms lean by just doing arm exercises – this is spot reducing, and no, it doesn’t work.

What you can do is start a cardio and strength training program designed to torch body fat rapidly, and you will not only lose body fat from your arms, but the rest of you as well.

Step 3 – Raise The Metabolism

You can tone and define your arms by losing body fat and building muscle, but if you don’t raise your metabolism, it will be a never-ending task to try and maintain them.

You MUST increase your metabolism if you ever want to keep toned and sexy arms without starving yourself, and without spending hours in the gym each day.

The unfortunate fact is, that even the slightest increase in body fat will show up immediately on your arms.

You need to turn your body into a 24/7 fat burning and muscle building furnace that is working even when you aren’t.

How To Put it All Together

If you want to get toned and sexy arms, then you need a program that will burn fat, build muscle, and raise your metabolism all the same time; while putting specific attention on the arms to bring out maximum definition and sculpting.

The great new is this: Any program that accomplishes all three of these goals will not only tone and sculpt your arms, but will also melt fat from your entire body, shrink your waist and stomach, and tighten and define your whole body.

There is no reason that you have to put the rest of your body on hold while you work on creating a pair of toned and sexy arms that will stop traffic.

Yesterday, I was out with my lady friend. We are part of a university dance club and we were rehearsing for a review before the main production at the end of October. As we were sitting and drinking our juices, our talk turned the clothing we were required to wear on Monday for the review.

For one of the routines, the choreographer requested that women wear halter tops. My lady friend, Irene, was trying to explain what it was to me. She said it was like something you would wear to the beach and you tie it around your neck. Since it’s Winter down here in Australia, we both agreed that we wouldn’t have much luck finding any being sold at the moment.

Irene looked uncomfortable as she was talking about the halter top. She told me straight out, “I don’t like wearing short sleeve stuff. I don’t like showing my upper arms.” The reason I like Irene is because she’s a real woman, nothing fake like from the magazines. But seeing her looking so uncomfortable with her upper arms made me immediately think about this blog that I run and the program I promote on it, Go Sleeveless.

I proceeded to explain how she could get slimmer upper arms, since I’d bought Go Sleeveless myself and read through the material.

Cardio: I told Irene that cardio is important because it helps to accelerate your metabolism and decreases fat retention when eating food as a result (Irene was born overseas and English isn’t her first language so I had to explain this in simpler terms). She told me that she didn’t like running, to which I reassured her that she could do anything she liked, such as swimming, cycling or even rowing. I’m sort of annoyed at myself because I didn’t tell her how to do the cardio to really kick her metabolism into top gear and make her body burn fat long after her workout’s finished.

Strength Training: I told her how important it was for women who wanted to get slimmer arms to actually lift weights. I’m pretty sure I told her before, but it didn’t hurt to reinforce the message. From what I learned from Go Sleeveless, strength training didn’t involve bulking up like guys did, but simply lifting manageable weights to add definition to upper arms and to help saggy upper arm skin return to the muscle. The latter wasn’t such a big problem for her, but it didn’t hurt to tell her anyway. I also added that women can’t really bulk up even if they wanted to simply because they don’t have the hormones to do so.

Unfortunately, she couldn’t just go home and start working out straight away. Even though I had read through Go Sleeveless, there was one thing that I couldn’t explain to her in detail and that was the exercises. If I’d brought my laptop with me, I could have shown her what sort of exercises she could do and how simple they were.

I’m pretty sure I’ve told her in the past that the site is GoSleeveless.com, but I’m not sure if she could get a copy for herself, not only because she doesn’t earn much working at McDonald’s, but I’m also not sure whether she has a credit card or shops on much online using PayPal.

Doesn’t really matter. I like her the way she is but if she asks, I’ll have the exercises ready to show her.

Imagine if there was an exercise program that was designed for women over the age of 50. That is, it took into consideration that even though they may not be in their prime anymore, they still want to maintain good physical health and form…

Imagine if the workouts lasted only half an hour and the exercises were simple to do, yet effective in not only burning fat from your entire body, but also toning the muscle that lies beneath to fat so you’re able to cut a stunning figure again…

Imagine if this exercise program was also created specifically to address a major problem that many women encounter as they get older: flabby upper arms.

Would you give it a 2nd look?

To Women Over 50 Who Want To Get Rid Of Their Flabby Arms…

You don’t have to imagine any more because it already exists. The writer’s expertise has been cited by the likes of CNN and ABC in the phenomenon that was First Lady Michelle Obama’s arms where he gave away a free workout to get a figure like the President of the USA’s wife (the workout’s at the bottom of the article once you click through) and explained how some women make their arms worse through exercising.

He’s worked with female clients of varying ages all around the world and realizes that one of the reasons women’s bodies tend to go south as they age is because they simply don’t have the time to go out to a gym regularly to maintain it. As such, his exercise program is designed to be done at home with an incline bench, a set of dumbbells and resistance bands, in workouts of under 30 minutes.

No one’s saying that it’s going to be easy. If you aren’t used to exercising, you are going to find this program hard. Having said that, several women have used the program, with one in particular who sets a good example for older women. See if you can find her.

You have a choice of following either a 6-week workout routine, working out 3 days a week for half an hour each day, or a 12-week workout routine, working out 2 days a week at half an hour a day.

Is There Proof That Go Sleeveless Works?

Rylan Duggan, the creator of Go Sleeveless, recently ran a transformation competition with women who had purchased Go Sleeveless and wanted some added incentive to take action. There is a link at the top of GoSleeveless.com that shows the efforts of the women who participated with their before and after pictures.

Is Go Sleeveless The Best Way To Get Rid Of Flabby Arms?

By paying for Go Sleeveless, you pay for a program that has been written by a registered personal trainer who has worked specifically for women who want to get rid of their flabby arms.

Earlier in the year, in the event of President Obama’s Inauguration, there was much media attention focused on his his wife, First Lady Michelle Obama and her toned upper arms.

Many women were inspired to get arms like her, but so few people know exactly what to do that

If you have been to GoSleeveless.com already, you will have seen that Rylan Duggan has been cited by CNN and ABC for his expertise on getting rid of flabby arms.

The ABC article is called, “Obama’s Choice To Bare Arms Causes Uproar” and actually links to a one of Rylan Duggan’s posts that details a 20 minute workout with no equipment that Rylan Duggan wrote which would help women get on their way to getting rid of their flabby arms.

The CNN article, “How To Get Michelle Obama’s Toned Arms“, actually has contributions from Rylan Duggan himself that echo what he teaches in Go Sleeveless.

You also might be aware of a similar workout program out there that’s focused at helping women get rid of upper arms called Sleeveless in 7. It costs $37, $40 less than what Rylan Duggan charges. There are a few justifications for this:

Sleeveless in 7 doesn’t address fat loss, while in Go Sleeveless, fat loss is one of three key components to getting rid of flabby arms.

Sleeveless in 7 doesn’t address nutrition to as great an extent as Go Sleeveless, while Go Sleeveless teaches women why what they’re eating affects the results of their exercise. There is also an upgrade where Rylan Duggan gives you his own recipes for maintaining a healthy physique.

The similarities in both programs are as follows:

Noticeable results have been seen in as little as 7 days.

You require only simple, cheap equipment.

Both are written by professionals who have university degrees to back up their expertise.

Both have had bad experiences with their bodies.

Why you’d choose Sleeveless in 7 over Go Sleeveless…

The bare minimum of what you need to achieve slimmer arms ASAP. The program does not address fat loss, meaning you will retain more fat.

Check Out Sleeveless In 7

Why you’d choose Go Sleeveless over Sleeveless in 7…

Superior arm definition with overall body fat loss, but you have to be willing to work for it.

The truth of the matter is, both these programs are simple, straight-forward and work but it’s just up to you to choose one and take action.

“Bat Wings” or “Bingo Arms” are terms given to shapeless, upper arm skin that sags. It’s a common problem amongst women, especially as they age. The main problem trying to get rid of them is understanding the right exercises you have to do to make sure you don’t actually make the problem get worse.

There are cases of women who learn of “handy” exercises that can be done in the comfort of their own home and, to their dismay, find that they have made their Bat Wings more prominent than ever.

“What Sort Of Exercises Should I Do To Get Rid Of Bat Wings?”

Go Sleeveless is a fitness program designed by Rylan Duggan, personal trainer who lives in BC, Canada, and works regularly with women and their upper arms.

Specifically, it is a suite of 18 exercises that are targeted at shaping and sculpting the upper arms using a Swiss exercise ball, light weights and resistance bands.

The exercises themselves are either chosen specifically for their arm sculpting ability or designed by Duggan himself and it’s not the exercises themselves that make the program work, it’s the sequence in which they’re done.

To address the fat loss aspect of shaping the upper arms, there is also a customized cardio program designed for women, especially busy women; each cardio session is under 20 minutes long.

Numerous women have already benefited from Go Sleeveless. Their progress can be seen at GoSleevelessBlog.com, run by Rylan Duggan himself.

Bench dip: you can use a stair of a bench that’s about that height. The purpose of this exercise is to gently strengthen your triceps, the main muscle that’s obscured by upper arm fat. By applying a constant force to your arms and done over at least a week, you will find that not only will your arm will firm up and sag less, you will also notice slight fat reduction.

Sit in front of the step/bench. Your back should be straight, your legs bent. Place your hands behind you firmly on the edge of the step.

Lift yourself up until your arms are completely extended. Explore variations of speed and intensity but aim for a general speed of 3 seconds per extension and repeat 12-15 times. Take a minute break then repeat 2 more sets. This will allow your muscles to be under stress for an amount of time that will increase fat reduction. You’ll know this when you feel a burning sensation from the lactic acid.

(BONUS TIP NOT INCLUDED IN GO SLEEVELESS) To simultaneously work out your arms and strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles, keep your body and legs straight while you’re doing dips and keep your stomach muscles clenched. This ensures fat loss from your arms and stomach.

Tricep extension: This exercise can be done in two ways, one easier than the other. You should use light weights and gently work your way up to heavier weights as your arms get leaner to tighten up loose skin. If you don’t have weights, start off with square 1L or 1.5 L water bottles. This is a clever idea I learned off Ellen!

Hold the weight behind your shoulder. Make sure it’s a weight that isn’t overly heavy to avoid overextension of the tricep muscle and injury.

Keeping your upper arm still, extend the weight from your elbow straight up in the air. Gently lower it back down and repeat 12-15 times for 3 sets. IMPORTANT: do not drop or “bounce” the weight down after extending your arm. This is a common way to cause hyperextension of the tricep muscle and will cause injury.

Tricep Extension (variation): This exercise can be very tiring. Only attempt it if you’re looking for a challenge or particularly have to get rid of arm fat quickly for an event.

Find a table top or bench that is about waist-height. It will be your support. Bend over at 90 degrees, keeping balance with one hand and holding a weight in the other.

Keeping your upper body still and maintaining the right angle, extend the weight backwards as close to parallel with the table as possible. Try not to rotate your body to the direction your holding the weight in. This is a common mistake and will reduce the effectiveness of the exercise. Do this 10 times x 3 sets per arm. Don’t be surprised if you feel a tightness in your arms immediately after the exercise!

We all have problem areas. Some people don’t like their tummies, for others it’s their thighs. For a lot of women, getting rid of flabby arms is a huge problem. You’ve probably heard that it is impossible to lose weight of a specific part of your body, this is true. What is possible though is to tone and shape problem areas through focalised exercises. Even if you are overweight, with the right strength training you can have perfectly toned arms.

Of course, losing weight through diet and aerobic exercise is going to mean you will lose fat from all over your body, the arms included. Sometimes this isn’t enough to completely tone up your arms. Losing weight simply makes your arms smaller, it doesn’t combat that saggy looking skin and elephant arm look some women have as they get older.

There are two major muscle groups you need to work on to improve your arms. Your biceps are the muscles which run on the inside of your arm from your elbow. These muscles lift the arm and allow it to curl. This is the most important muscle to concentrate on in getting rid of flabby arms, as it is a real problem area. The second muscle group are the triceps, they run parallel to your biceps on the outside of the arm. Triceps make up 2/3 of the muscle mass of your arm, so they are important in establishing upper body strength. The biceps and triceps work together to help you gain strength and build muscle. By building these muscles through strength training, not only will you be fitter and healthier but you will finally beat flabby arms forever.

Strength training is far and away the best way to get rid of flabby arms. You can do most of these exercises in your own home with just a few pieces of affordable equipment. You don’t need to spend a lot of time lifting weights. Twenty minutes every second day is enough to see excellent results.

If you haven’t done any exercise in a while it may be a good idea to consult with a doctor before attempting any training. Also, if you have limited experience with weight training, a session with a personal trainer can help you learn the correct techniques required and avoid injury.

The best exercises to improve your upper arms involve higher weights and low repetitions. Many trainers will encourage women to lift lighter weights with higher repetitions, but this is not the most effective way to get rid of flabby arms. Heavier weights will have you seeing much better results sooner.
